On Thursday, 25 September 2014, Schoups organised a client seminar entitled “Joint and several liability for wages”.
 
During this seminar, Sara Cockx from our Employment Law department provided a brief and practical explanation about the risks that you can be exposed to as a contractor when your subcontractor doesn’t comply with the Belgian minimum wages.
